| Snow shoe trails | Please use only these marked trails and not the cross-country tracks. Snowshoe hikers who walk along the routes described below, do so entirely at their own risk. Our tip: | Gerschnialp – Untertrübsee: (1262 m – 1240 m / 2h 15min) From the Gerschnialp top station walk through the forest, parallel to the road, as far as the Ritz restaurant. This is the beginning of the snowshoe circular trail, which first takes you through the woods, to Boden over open terrain directly to Restaurant Untertrübsee and back to the Ritz restaurant. | Trübsee: (1707 m – 1796 m / 1h) Walk over hilly terrain from Obertrübsee (from Untertrübsee via Älplerseil), and soon you'll reach the highest point, where you can walk along the left bank of lake Trübsee to the Trübsee station. | Fürenalp: (1850 m / 45 – 60 min) Nicely groomed 1,5 km long snowshoe trail with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains and glacier world. | Important If you plan to use any another route, first consult the avalanche bulletin, the maps, and listen to the weather forecast. If you would like to book a guided tour, please contact the Ski school Engelberg Titlis or the Mountain Guides of Engelberg. | | |
