Comprehensive Quality Management

Engelberg Tourismus AG has received the Seal of Quality QIII (Gütesiegel) from Swiss Tourism (Schweizer Tourismusverband). This acknowledgment is the highest level of recognition that can be awarded. It is typically given to firms characterized by their comprehensive quality management and whose service has been optimized to meet the needs and desires of guests, the tourism organization and its employees.

Quality is the most important competitive element in tourism. More and more, guests and clients expect services marked by quality, ones that are worth their price.

The Quality Program makes it possible for tourism enterprises to evaluate, to ensure and to optimize the quality of their services. The set goal of the program is to increase the quality awareness of companies and organizations in tourism, to encourage and support cooperation between various service providers, and to maintain the high service standards of Switzerland as the destination country for vacation and travel.
