Ride & Skills Days 2023

The Ride & Skills Days show cyclists how to play safe. Local bike guides teach course participants basic rules, introduce them to various types of terrain, and allow them to test what they have learned on trails across the region. With plenty of knowledge about cycling safely, you’ll have even more fun on your bike.

Requirements

  • No previous knowledge necessary (from the age of 16)

  • Mountain bike in perfect condition (with suspension travel of 120 - 160 mm)

  • Good physical fitness

Rental equipment

At Intersport Titlis at Gerschnistrasse 12 (at the valley station of the Titlis-Cableway), participants can obtain rental equipment at special rates:

  • Mountain bike incl. helmet: CHF 65 instead of CHF 99 per day

  • Knee and elbow protectors: CHF 10 instead of CHF 20 per day

Bike day pass

 

  • The bike day ticket for the program on Sunday can be bought for CHF 42.00 at the cash desk of the Titlis valley station or online.

Riding technique course and mental training in the terrain (Gerschniwald Engelberg): Bike-Check, braking, shifting, cornering and balance- exercices

  

Sunday

Meeting point at the Titlis-Cableway valley station, Engelberg

Until 15.00 p.m.

Riding technique training on the trail (using the techniques learned the day before)

Program changes due to weather conditions are possible and will be communicated by the bike guide.
