The 2026 Children’s Festival is behind us, and what a celebration it was! We look back on children’s sparkling eyes, joyful laughter, and unforgettable moments. We’re already looking forward to 2027. Save the date: 16th - 18th July 2027!

The Children’s Festival is an outdoor event. Light rain won’t stop us—many activities can go ahead as planned.

However, in the event of thunderstorms or heavy rain, we may have to temporarily close certain attractions or stations for safety reasons. The safety of our guests, young and old, is our top priority.

Our tip: Dress your children for the weather—with a rain jacket, rubber boots, or a change of clothes, nothing will stand in the way of a great day at the festival.

Look forward to adventures on the playground as well as sports, creative, animal-themed, and musical activities—including a visit from Globi and Schmuggli. The varied program runs all weekend at Brunni, on Lake Trübsee, and in the village.

A major new highlight this year: the Globi Express to the Engelberg Children’s Festival! Where the journey to Engelberg becomes an adventure in itself.

Member wristband

Wear your member wristband to the children's festival in Engelberg! Show that you're taking part and benefit from lots of great offers in the Alpine resort, on Trübsee and in the Brunni area. With the wristband, you get cool stickers, a colored slush drink, or unlimited syrup. Get your wristband now at the Tourist Information Office or at various distribution points.
