Sledge runs

Did you know that sledging, or rather bobsledding, has a long tradition in Engelberg? In 1934 the two-man bobsleigh world championships were held here. On the competition track down from Gerschnialp, which was used at that time, a sledge run is still prepared every winter. There are other routes on Brunni and Fürenalp.

Gerschnialp - Engelberg

Speed down to Engelberg on the former bob run, which is now "defused" and offers fun for the whole family as a sledging run.

Gerschnialp - Engelberg

Brunni

There are two sledge runs on Brunni, one of which is snow-covered. In addition, the youngest children can enjoy a slide in the Yetipark.

Brunni - Ristis

Fürenalp

On the small sledge run at the top of Fürenalp, especially families and beginners will find their fun. Sledges can be rented free of charge.
